Prague Old Town Square

The Old Town Square. The statue on the left is Jan Hus, a cleric and symbol of Czech nationalism. When the Soviets invaded in 1968, it was draped in black in protest. The Rococo building on the right, the Kinsky Palace, was once a high school attended by Franz Kafka.
